We build a Paleo-ish diet plan. Paleo-ish means that the meals are about 80% paleo but we don't get caught up in the details of adhering 100% to the tenants of the Paleo diet. We think Paleo is the most healthy way to eat, but we are weightlifters, so we get way more excited about a big clean and jerk than about the perfect meal. We want good tasting food (and lots of it!) that supports our love of the iron. Or, since most of us use bumper plates, our love of the rubber!
